Dining Area & Kitchen - full kitchen includes seating for 6, plus seating at the island and bar for 2 with dishwasher, full size oven, microwave, place settings for 10, blender, toaster, coffee maker.
Bed & Bath - all linens included (except beach towels). Three baths, two with walk-in showers.
Outdoors - Beach is 1 1/2 blocks away. Great river view. Off street parking for 4 cars, patio table with seating for 6, gas grill, town park and playground one block away.
Laundry room - has full size washer and dryer; available upon request.
