Kitchen - full kitchen includes dishwasher, full size oven, microwave, place settings for 16, crab pot, crock pot, blender, toaster, coffee maker and a table for 2

 

Den - The back porch offers a second seating area fully surrounded by windows that look out on the back yard. Read a book, watch tv or bring your Wii games for some family fun.

 

Bed & Bath - all linens included (except beach towels). Walk in shower on main floor, Claw foot tub upstairs, clock radios in each room.

 

Laundry - Washer and Dryer on main level.

 

Outdoors - Off street parking for 3 cars, fenced in back yard, covered large picnic table and small kids picnic table,gas grill, hammock, outdoor seating.

 

Playhouse - easel, sand toys, small toy box,1 kids bike, 2 old beach cruisers, wagon, cooler, 2 noodles, 2 beach chairs.
